weight loss
Since I have become a full time stay at home mom and moved to a tiny town with nothing to do. I have stayed inside my house and have found myself eating junk food... something I didnt really do when I was working and going out with friends and had a break from the kids. Ive gained around 40 lbs in the last year. I was already chunky but, now I have become very unhappy with my apperance... I have been very unmotivated to do anything about it since we dont go anywhere or do anything..
Why get out of stretchy yoga pants? right? they are comfortable. and never get too tight even on my bad days.... they love me and I love them... BUT my jeans do not fit anymore and since I buy my jeans from buckle and are 80$ a pop I have decided I want to wear them again and my summer clothes are too small.
My goal is to drop at least 60-80 lbs starting today December 5th 2012 and my target date is when it starts getting hot again. Around June 5th 2013.
I think if I work out everyday for atleast an hour to two and eat right I will get to my goal weight and be a hot momma. haha.
I wont be embarassed to take the kids to all those water parks, pools, and lakes.
Plus my mother-in-law has been losing weight and she is succeding very well.. she has lost her wieght in one of her grandchildern that is about 40 lbs and age 4.
But I am going to do the Slimfast diet.
3 snacks durning the day around 100 cals each.
2 slim fast shakes.
1 healthy meal around 500-700 calories.
It will be expensive with the drinks and snacks but I figure that the money i spend on this is the same i would on junk food and regular unhealthy food.
The routine of exersice i will do is.
7 days a week walk with my husband for an hour in the morning and take the dog for a walk.
3 days a week I will do p90x
2 days a week I will do MyShape for the Xbox 360
I will post picures and keep updated on the weight loss.
